A new chapter: Our office relocation and what it mean for us.
As a we embark on a new chapter for Contractus, we are pleased to announce our recent office relocation. While our new office is just 300 metres away from our previous premises, it represents a significant step forward on our journey. The move is much more than just a change of address – it is a testament to our commitment to creating a workspace that truly represents our core values: Collaboration, Respect, Integrity, Adaptability and Professionalism.
Change creates the opportunity to grow and innovate, and we believe that this change will support the business’s plans of continuous growth. Our new office provides access to onsite top-class technologies such as videoconferencing and presentation equipment that will not only enhance our ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners, but also maintain and highlight our professionalism in everything we do. Additionally, as part of our dedication to maintaining the highest standards, we have also enhanced our cybersecurity measures and achieved a Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
With an area three times larger than our old space, the space provides a conducive environment for team collaboration. The open plan design and the hot desking set up will increase the free flowing communication and maintain integrity, all while employees embody our company cultures and values in a new home. Moreover, team members are encouraged to work at a different desk from one week to the next, allowing the opportunity to interact between all colleagues, break down barriers and to promote to a workplace where every team member contributes to a collective success. Our commitment to adaptability is evident in how we have embraced the change, seeing it as an opportunity to improve and grow.
Located in Sawbridgeworth, the office is just a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station, making it an effortless destination from London and Stansted Airport. On top of that, we benefit massively from being in the middle of the four busy and large towns of Harlow, Bishop Stortford, Hertford and Chelmsford. The new office is accessible through major road networks such as the M11 and M25, easing employees’ and clients’ travel to the office. We expect this new chapter to build and improve workplace morale and job satisfaction, leading to a boost in productivity. Moreover, being near public transportation will broaden our networking opportunities and potential clients, leading to more fruitful connections and partnerships, benefiting our business's growth.
In conclusion, our new office is not just a larger space, but a better space – a reflection of who we are and where we are headed. We are excited about this new chapter and continuing our journey together towards greater success.
